Elementary Co-Teacher
Hi, I am Mr. Taylor. I am the elementary school special education co-teacher at ASTEC Charter Schools. I was born in England. I used to be in the Royal Navy and have experienced many different countries and cultures around the world. I have a bachelor's degree in special education from the University of Central Oklahoma. I am currently working on a master's degree in school administration from the University of Central Oklahoma. I live in Oklahoma City with my wife and twin sons and we enjoy traveling together. I am also an avid sports fan, qualified rugby coach, and endurance athlete.
Middle School Co-Teacher
Hello! My name is Yancy Torres-Goodman and I am the middle school co-teacher at ASTEC Charter Schools. I was born in Virginia and raised in Oklahoma. I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology at Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee, OK. I am married to my husband Kyle and we have a puppy named Anakin. We enjoy traveling, hiking, camping, swimming, and exploring new places.

Hi! I am Cindy Millican, the special education director and high school co-teacher here at ASTEC. I really enjoy my career and working with my scholars to ensure their success. I grew up in Moore, Oklahoma. I have earned both a bachelor's and master's degree in special education as well as a second master's degree in educational administration and curriculum studies, all from the University of Oklahoma. I still live in Moore with my husband, our seven-year-old daughter, Kiki (our cat) and Coco (our bunny.)
