Hello! My name is Ms. Ullery. I am originally from Toledo, Ohio; I moved to Oklahoma City last January. I am still learning more about Oklahoma history and culture!
Now, I enjoy reading, writing, and listening to live music. Learning about languages and different cultures are both important to me. I like to expand my knowledge and explore new ideas. I encourage students to consider these in the classroom as well!
I taught English in Qingdao, China for two years (and moved back to the US in July 2019 - before COVID - thankfully!). I enjoyed that it was a seaside city with fresh air and mild weather.
