Welcome 2nd grade friends! I am so happy that you are here. My name is Ms. Gissandaner and I will be your ELA & Social Studies teacher this year!
I have always loved reading and I can't wait to share with you how we can use books to travel the world, learn new things, and meet interesting people.

When I am not at school, I am either enjoying time with my family, friends, or planning my next learning adventure. I am not married and I do not have any children, or animals, so I am usually on the go by myself, with friends, or family. I have learned to enjoy spending time with myself and learning new things that I like to do. I also love learning! As we start our newest adventure together, I promise we will keep learning together.
