I began my education career as a SPED teacher. I enjoyed children so much I went back to school and earned a Behavioral Health Case manager II certification with the state of Oklahoma so I could counsel children and adults in the DHS system as a freelance contractor.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice, a Master of Science degree in psychology, and a Master of Science degree in rehabilitation counseling. I hope to receive my LPC sometime in the future.

As a counselor that has worked in different agencies and schools as both a substitute and full-time teacher I value relationships with children. I understand the challenges students encounter and I'm here to provide extra support in the classroom and in their every day life.
