Danny Littlejohn is a native of Memphis, Tennessee. Mr. Littlejohn received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in marketing management from the University of Memphis.

 

For the majority of his career, Mr. Littlejohn was involved in healthcare sales and marketing. This allowed him to live in numerous places across the country and learn more about the history and culture of America. While living in Arizona, Mr. Littlejohn changed his career to education and completed the process to become "highly qualified" to teach elementary school. Over the course of his career in education Mr. Littlejohn has taught 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades.

 

Last year Mr. Littlejohn moved back to Oklahoma and settled in Norman with his dogs Rory and Roger. He has reconnected with old friends and met new ones. Mr. Littlejohn likes to travel, especially the time he is able to spend in Italy.

 

Mr. Littlejohn said, "As we begin this journey into the 3rd grade, please know that I am committed to scholar success... every scholar, every day! I welcome the opportunity to join the team of educators at ASTEC as the 3rd grade math and science teacher!"
