Hello! My name is Samantha Owen, and I am thrilled to be joining ASTEC as a kindergarten teacher this year. I have been passionate about education for almost 2 decades and love helping young learners grow, explore, and succeed.

This is my first year at ASTEC, and I am so excited to be an ASTEC Star and to be teaching your scholars! I moved to Oklahoma four years ago, but I grew up in a small town in Texas, which gives me a love for community and connection that I bring into my classroom.

Outside of school, I am a proud parent of two boys—one in Pre-K and one in 6th grade—who keep me on my toes and inspire me every day. I look forward to a wonderful year filled with learning, laughter, and growth with your scholars!
