Hi everyone! I’m Ms. Nemecek, and I’m so excited to introduce myself—this year, I’ll be teaching high school art! I earned my BA from the University of Central Oklahoma and have spent the last two years teaching elementary art. Now, I’m thrilled to bring my passion for creativity to a whole new level with my high school scholars.

When I’m not in the classroom, you can find me painting pop culture icons or recreating scenes from nostalgic films (yes, I’m a total Star Wars nerd!). I’m also a proud Sooner fan, an extrovert who loves connecting with people, and a big fan of soaking up the sun on the beaches of Cozumel.
