Greetings!
I am Ms. Powell, and I have been in Education for over a decade. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Central Oklahoma, and I have taught art at all levels.
During art class at ASTEC, we will focus on the fundamentals of art and design and have tons of fun while doing this!
Elementary art scholars will explore different art-making techniques and use various materials.
I'm looking forward to an amazing school year!​​​​
A little more about me...
When not teaching, I enjoy doing activities outdoors such as gardening and taking walks with my dogs! I love to visit museums and spend time with my two daughters.
